DigiJewels App is a SaaS-based software platform developed for jewellery businesses to manage digital operations such as customer management, jewellery saving schemes, billing support, CRM activities, staff management, reports, analytics, and communication tools. DigiJewels App acts only as a software and technology service provider.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted through their accounts. Any misuse of the platform, unauthorized access attempts, fraudulent activities, or illegal usage may result in suspension or permanent termination of access to the platform.

Certain features or services may require paid subscriptions or service charges. Users agree to pay all applicable charges and taxes associated with the services they choose to use. DigiJewels App reserves the right to revise pricing, features, or service offerings at any time.

All software, branding, content, designs, logos, and technology associated with DigiJewels App remain the intellectual property of DigiJewels App and may not be copied, modified, redistributed, or reused without prior written permission.

DigiJewels App shall not be held responsible for business losses, data loss caused by third-party systems, service interruptions, server downtime, user negligence, or transactions conducted independently between jewellers and customers using the platform.

DigiJewels App may integrate with third-party services such as payment gateways, cloud hosting providers, WhatsApp APIs, SMS providers, and analytics services. We are not responsible for failures, delays, or interruptions caused by such third-party providers.

DigiJewels App reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access in cases of policy violations, misuse of services, fraudulent activities, or legal requirements.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

DigiJewels App is a software development and service platform only. We do not directly sell, purchase, trade, manufacture, store, or deliver gold, silver, jewellery, coins, or precious metals.
